Great Hotel location wise near Pelling Helipad

We stayed here for two nights. Location wise its best, near helipad above upper pelling. We were lucky as we enjoyed breathtaking view of Kanchenjunga range one day in the morning. We went to their roof to see sleeping buddha range and got clear view as well from common seating place enjoying breakfast and some of the rooms also it is visible. Rooms are okayish type, bathroom needs to be more clean, and room lock need to be checked before check in as I faced issues. Food choice in breakfast is very limited and they mostly served bengali and Chinese dishes in lunch and dinner. Owners are from Durgapur area and Mr Raja and Mr Rana are friendly in nature. Service needs some improvement but the location and view will just blow ur mind in a mid-budget rent.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days in the second week of May 2022. Very courteous and nice staff as we were warmly welcomed in the hotel in the evening. The ambiance of the rooms was good with nice valley view. The stay was comfortable and very relaxing. Over enthusiastic staff was ever ready to help us with our needs. We enjoyed free breakfast and dinner which was always tasty. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Pelling.

I stayed there for two night and it was a nightmare....the worst...the rooms are untidy. And dirty...bathroom is in worst shape..geysers not working...no room heater...and the linens are with lots of stains. The service is also worst..and also the food is of total waste. Not eatable.

I stayed here for two nights. The location is great, near helipad. We could see Kanchan Ganga both days early in the morning. The mountain is visible if there are no clouds. I booked this hotel through cleartrip. Although the aggregator website sent me a confirmation, the location management said that they don’t have any. We then called cleartrip customer care. They managed to get me a room. Shabby room, bathroom unclean, no tissue paper for toilet. Food choice is very limited. I strongly believe that the location staff is more interested in surge pricing, rather than a long term honest business.
